AZhiker 2,253 Posted August 30, 2019 Please give us more information. What is your exercise routine? How about a couple days of meal diary? Are you writing down everything you put in your mouth, keeping up with Protein and Vitamins? Water intake? 5 1 FluffyChix, Orchids&Dragons, Bastian and 3 others reacted to this

ValerieInMexico 162 Posted August 30, 2019 I know the frustration. I almost through my scale out the window. Ended up going to three different offices to try their scales. All around the same. So, I am reading blogs and posts here on what other people tried. I downloaded a new app, BodyFast. I am working on an Intermittent Fasting program that is pretty easy to start. This stall is broken. Try it out. I chose a program where the fasting times and durations vary per day. Yesterday, and today, I have an 8 hour window to eat. I aim for 1000 calories. I go to the gym or do cardio 6 days a week. Good luck! We have to out think our lizard brains and mix it up 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

First: when have you ever lost 100 pounds?!! That's amazing! Be proud for how far you have come. I was losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for like a month then I started IF and I have lost about 7. However, my doctor told me not to expect to lose much more because I have already beat the expectation of 70% of excess weight lost. I am still trying to reach my goal though. With that said, the surgery is just a tool. We still have to learn how to be healthy! Are you tracking calories and macros? getting enough Protein and Water? 1 Bastian reacted to this
newlady1 67 Posted September 6, 2019 I'm frustrated as well with the stall, but I'm only 6 weeks out. I've been stalled since last week, i graduated to full diet and I'm exercising/walking more. But pounds are not moving. I commend you, at least you've lost almost 100lbs, that's a great accomplishment. I've only lost 28lbs so far. jasmineinmymind 204 Posted September 18, 2019 I hit another stall recently at 7 months. I think the only way I'll keep losing is to really ramp up my time at the gym. I find that when Im working out a lot the scale moves and when I dont, it stalls. People say 80% of weight loss is diet but for me thats not true. I am eating about 900 calories a day so I should lose weight no matter what. That just doesnt happen if I dont also move a lot. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
