Please give us more information. What is your exercise routine? How about a couple days of meal diary? Are you writing down everything you put in your mouth, keeping up with Protein and Vitamins? Water intake?

I know the frustration. I almost through my scale out the window. Ended up going to three different offices to try their scales. All around the same.

So, I am reading blogs and posts here on what other people tried. I downloaded a new app, BodyFast. I am working on an Intermittent Fasting program that is pretty easy to start.
This stall is broken. Try it out.

I chose a program where the fasting times and durations vary per day. Yesterday, and today, I have an 8 hour window to eat. I aim for 1000 calories. I go to the gym or do cardio 6 days a week.

Good luck! We have to out think our lizard brains and mix it up

I had a similar surgery date and starting weight. First: when have you ever lost 100 pounds?!! That's amazing! Be proud for how far you have come. I was losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for like a month then I started IF and I have lost about 7. However, my doctor told me not to expect to lose much more because I have already beat the expectation of 70% of excess weight lost. I am still trying to reach my goal though. With that said, the surgery is just a tool. We still have to learn how to be healthy! Are you tracking calories and macros? getting enough Protein and Water?

I'm frustrated as well with the stall, but I'm only 6 weeks out. I've been stalled since last week, i graduated to full diet and I'm exercising/walking more. But pounds are not moving. I commend you, at least you've lost almost 100lbs, that's a great accomplishment. I've only lost 28lbs so far.

I hit another stall recently at 7 months. I think the only way I'll keep losing is to really ramp up my time at the gym. I find that when Im working out a lot the scale moves and when I dont, it stalls. People say 80% of weight loss is diet but for me thats not true. I am eating about 900 calories a day so I should lose weight no matter what. That just doesnt happen if I dont also move a lot.

A week is not a stall and stalls are normal with any weight loss as your body adjusts. :)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
