GradyCat 3,695 Posted August 30, 2019 I doubt throwing up will damage your pouch, but why are you throwing up? How far post-op are you? Is it nausea? food? Foamies? 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
april042019 105 Posted August 30, 2019 I think most people throw up a lot after surgery and that doesn't seem to damage their pouches. I hope your doctor figures everything out! 1 1 FluffyChix and Bastian reacted to this

Foamies? I’m pretty sure it’s food! It can happen when I eat very slowly and with foods that I’ve had no probs with. However, it’s always after eating! I just don’t know what could be causing it! 2 GradyCat and FluffyChix reacted to this

Yeah, I have been told once I start food I have to have half a teaspoon and chew 20 times, then wait to a count of 20 then have the next half a teaspoon mouthful and so on because of vomiting and giving the pouch time to move out the first mouthful. I know we all get told slightly different things though. Hope it is an easy fix
