mousecat88 2,281 Posted August 26, 2019 So, as far as my primary doc knows, I am on the highest dose, the max times per day, of the ONLY medication they make for orthostatic hypotension unrelated to anemia/kidney issues. (Midodrine).I was feeling really fuzzy and spacey all day and my BP was 102/50 AFTER 2 doses of Midodrine. That's not horribly low but that is after meds that are supposed to jack up your BP. I've had several work ups on my heart and I'm all good there, so it truly is bariatric-related hypotension. Anyone knows of ANY other medicines?? I'm checking my BP all the time because Midodrine can supposedly make your BP dangerously high, but it barely keeps my BP to a point where I can function. I'm worried I am getting acclimated to it and will be SOL. =/ Sent from my SM-G930R4 using BariatricPal mobile app
