SusieSouth 51 Posted August 26, 2019 Hi all, I travelled to Turkey and had a Tummy Tuck with Lipo on the back. No muscle repair was needed, thank goodness. 1st day and 2nd day were rough. By day three it seemed to be getting better. Today is day 5. There is no pain near the incisions, and I have to just be careful to keep them from getting wet. I still have a drain. I started with two but doctor removed one of them today and the other one is still in and getting fluids. For those of you who have gone through this, any words of tips, what to look out for for, what to look forward to, and anything else will be so appreciated. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

SusieSouth 51 Posted August 26, 2019 I’ve literally watched every Tummy Tuck video on YouTube. Motivated. What is the diet? One of the bad things about getting the tt done abroad is that I have very little aftercare instructions. I am really careful not to overeat, but at the same time am sure I need Protein and fluids, but what else has helped with the healing? Pls send any great links you may have, my way? Thanks
