PudgeBeGone 99 Posted August 22, 2019 What’s your opinion on waist training after surgery? I’m debating on doing it and my dr says pregnancy is worse on your body than waist training. I just want to get some curves and some have said it helps with loose skin and back rolls. But I want some opinions. Have any of you done it?
New&Improved 1,780 Posted August 23, 2019 If you mean like Sit ups? Pull ups? Rowing? Crunches? Squats? It's possible 1 PudgeBeGone reacted to this
Sweettoothless 100 Posted August 23, 2019 I bought one pre-surgery and it was so uncomfortable! And I don't carry my weight on my belly as much. I tried it on a while ago and same thing. I haven't thrown it out though so there is still hope lol. 1 PudgeBeGone reacted to this

Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted August 27, 2019 I jumped on the corset training band wagon after surgery. Honestly, weight loss gave me better results. 1 PudgeBeGone reacted to this
New&Improved 1,780 Posted August 27, 2019 Oh that's news to me never heard of them. I still say the right exercises should help also. 1 PudgeBeGone reacted to this
PudgeBeGone 99 Posted August 28, 2019 Did you go thru a lot more corsets because of it? And I finally got my heart rate somewhat under control so I started working out and plan on getting my gym membership reactivated also ❤️
