Losingit2018 1,170 Posted August 21, 2019 You can freeze the Protein Shakes and eat them like ice cream. Jello may help somewhat. Try to stay positive and remember that you are more than half way there. I never lost my appetite like some do either so I understand how hard it is. Try to stay busy and keep your mind off the hunger as best you can is my only advice I slept a lot when I was at your stage. Remember that this stage is short lived and will be so worth it in the end. Hang in there. You can do this. 2 FluffyChix and Livelychick reacted to this

(I just found the Atkins chocolate banana shake, and I really like it after losing a taste for all of the Premiere ones.)Thank you!Sent from my LG-LS993 using BariatricPal mobile app 2 FluffyChix and Losingit2018 reacted to this

FluffyChix 17,418 Posted August 21, 2019 Follow his plan!! It will be over soon. Really REALLY focus on visualizing yourself thin and that food is meaningless. Then drink as much Water as makes you full per your plan. Every time you are hungry, hit the water. The hydration will help you heal hon. It really does fly by. Today is 18 months for me and it feels like yesterday. 1 Losingit2018 reacted to this

allwet 868 Posted August 21, 2019 Distract yourself when at all possible. The head games have just started and can take some time to master(if ever) and what you learn about yourself and how you feel about food right now when you dont have any will set the stage going forward. Get out of your head with a book or a puzzle or a good movie. whatever works for you. avoid TV way to many food adverts these can be difficult days but they only last Days and you will slowly return to a new normal with food you enjoy. Take it one day at a time and know you have many great days ahead of you. 1 Livelychick reacted to this
Livelychick 12 Posted August 21, 2019 Is your brain hungry or your stomach..Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J727AZ using BariatricPal mobile appStomach, for sure. Taking in only 200-300 cals a day does that. (I'm very aware of eating for pleasure/boredom vs. being truly hungry. The former is why I became obese, unfortunately.)Sent from my LG-LS993 using BariatricPal mobile app
Livelychick 12 Posted August 21, 2019 Can you put unflavored Protein powder in your Soup? That kept me full.I've done that; Bone Broth has a lot of protein in it, too. It sticks around for about an hour. (Great minds!)Sent from my LG-LS993 using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Colorado Cowgirl reacted to this
