Sharlanay 26 Posted August 20, 2019 Would I be allowed to partake of a cheese ball? 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
GreenTealael 25,439 Posted August 20, 2019 Take a look at the nutritional information and decide how it fits into your plan/diet/lifestyle. Good Luck 💜 2 sillykitty and FluffySaysForkIt! reacted to this
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted August 20, 2019 If you're the one making it, check out Greek yogurt cream cheese. It's delicious and a lot more protein/less fat. 3 FluffySaysForkIt!, sillykitty and PeachPerfect reacted to this

beautifuldaymonster 124 Posted August 21, 2019 I don't know about its behavior in a sleeve or pouch but I do know if I eat it at bedtime the nightmares are scary. So scary I will NEVER knowingly eat cream cheese again.
shanshan 175 Posted August 21, 2019 I'm sure a little won't hurt depending on the stage you at but talk to your dietician to be sure Sent from my SM-G925T using BariatricPal mobile app
Bianca S. 195 Posted August 21, 2019 I think it depends, I know cream cheese is one of the portions for stage 3 for me given with other options given to me by my dietician. When I’m at that stage I’d probably just use fat free or low fat cream cheese (current on stage 2 still, had surgery on Monday) 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

S@ssen@ch 745 Posted August 21, 2019 I'm with GreenTealael, check the nutrition content and decide if it fits your plan. I'll also add: just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. That being said, no judgment. I ate it up to my soft-food stage on occasion out of convenience. However, I also ate it with crackers. Slippery slope my friend. Good luck! 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
