texasnewf 104 Posted August 19, 2019 It's been about 7 weeks since surgery and I've lost 45 lbs and now I've been in a stall for the last 5 days. Hopefully it will get back to normal in a few days., Nothing has changed, I'm still drinking lots of Water, eating same foods.. keeping calories to 650/day as per Docs orders... I guess this is normal for the weight loss ? Your body just readjusting itself ? 1 1 GradyCat and FluffyChix reacted to this

Beatsalad 13 Posted August 26, 2019 I just hit my 5-month mark and stalled for almost two weeks. Keep following the plan didn't look at the scale for a week. Noticed yesterday that I'd lost 7 pounds last week. So as everyone else says to follow the plan the weight will come off. Look for now weight wins. Went from 36 down to 34 without any weight loss. 2 Sandra Nuelken and texasnewf reacted to this

Thanks for the info. I broke the stall a few days ago and already lost 4 more lbs.. It was discouraging being in a stall but I guess as long as we realize it will happen from time to time we can deal with it.. Sticking with the plan and Never Give Up ! Sandra Nuelken 419 Posted August 27, 2019 I just went through the 3-week stall and wondered when the next one would happen. Gosh, mine only lasted about 4 days and drove me nuts now you're telling me a one or two week stall is coming up. I will have to stop getting on the scale daily. It just sits there each morning saying step on me. Thanks for the heads up, and I will try to be patient on the long journey ahead. 1 mommy_vsg reacted to this
