cutiepie34 3 Posted August 14, 2019 On the 19th of this month I will be 4 months post op. I only weigh myself once a week just so I won't become obsessed with the numbers but I did notice that my last few weigh ins have been the exact same weight. Pounds and ounces. Exactly the same. Is this yet another stall or at 4 months am I through losing? How is it possible to weigh exactly the same down to the ounces for weeks? GreenTealael 25,436 Posted August 14, 2019 Its very very possible to stay the same weight for a few weeks. If your diet is still on point, its likely just a stall. 3 KarenLR75, sillykitty and Tracyringo reacted to this
Jobber 321 Posted August 14, 2019 I'm 4.5 months post op myself and if I didn't exercise I'm fairly certain that my weight loss via restriction would be tapered off to maintenance mode at this point. I noticed this to be the case when I stopped working out every day I hit a stall for 3 weeks. Once I started again working out every day, the scale started moving again, about 2 lbs a week counting my calorie limit of 1200/day. Good Luck getting the scale moving again 1 Tracyringo reacted to this
jaytissle55 180 Posted August 14, 2019 Stalls are a part of the process, weekly weights are helpful but just let it go!!!! The scale will eventually come down if you stick to your plan.. Hope this helps!!! 2 sillykitty and Tracyringo reacted to this
lyladyp 120 Posted August 14, 2019 Does anyone else find that if they don’t exercise the weight does not drop? Maybe it’s my metabolism but I am a very slow loser and I have noticed that if I do not incorporate some type of exercise into my routine, I barely lose anything regardless of how healthy I eat. I realize diet and exercise work together, I just think it’s interesting how the body works. 3 GreenTealael, Tracyringo and Jobber reacted to this
Tracyringo 503 Posted August 14, 2019 I would go 3 weeks without losing then drop over the course of a week to 10 days, hang in there !
