Hello, I had surgery on yesterday 8/12. Was wondering if anybody else was gassy?. If so what did you do to help it?. I've been taking Gas X and putting warm towels on my stomach but nothing seems to help this gas from hell...

Walking/movement always helps the most. I also used a hot wet hand towel on my chest, that helped to

Walking around as much as possible is the only thing that will get that gas out, unfortunately. Fight through the pain of movement and it gets better each time you do so. Do an extra amount each time as well.

I cringe when I think about having that gas pain, it was awful, hope you feel better soon!
