2Bsmaller18 436 Posted August 12, 2019 I’m 6 months and can drink one in 20-25 minutes if I push myself. However I prefer to mix it with a cup of milk and take 45-60 minutes

Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted August 12, 2019 (edited) I could drink a whole one in just a few minutes within a few days of surgery. I never had an issue getting liquids down. Edited August 12, 2019 by Orchids&Dragons 1 Tracyringo reacted to this
GradyCat 3,696 Posted August 12, 2019 I spend 20-30 minutes drinking one

Uterno 41 Posted August 12, 2019 I'm around 15 months out, and I can drink a whole shake with no problem, in just a few minutes if I was in a rush. But I've always been able to drink a whole shake easily. Fluids have never been an issue for me post-surgery. Neither have solids for that matter.

Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using BariatricPal mobile app It's not as sweet and seems to digest easier. I even put it in a thermos with some ice to help thin it out and it helps me increase my fluids.
