Goldn02Grl 148 Posted August 11, 2019 I’m 21 days post-op from VGS..I have been on purée phase since day 14 (to go to day 30). I have been drinking my pre-op shakes still and doing a little purée, but honestly, I’m just not hungry. It takes everything most of the time for me to want to eat. FluffyChix 17,415 Posted August 11, 2019 Embrace this time. Don't eat! Get ALL of your fluids in and MORE!!! And do what you need to meet your 60g of Protein requirement. That's non-negotiable. 2 Premier Proteins and you're done. Boom baby! I have my post-op surgeon visit tomorrow. Most (if not all) rules have been by my NUT/team. I have followed their book, except eating those little meals.
