How soon after sugery

Hey guys, I'm a little curious to know how soon after surgery did you went back to work and started doing chores around the house.

I have a desk job and went back to work after 10 days.

I initially took 3 weeks off from work but because of a bacterial infection I'm off for another week till it clears up. As for chores ar home, after day 3 i was doing light projects that i never get a chance to do while working. Every day since day 3 i work on something and also either get on the treadmill or go for a walk for over an hour daily.

I think it helps you to recover quicker if you stay active.

I have a desk job also and spend a lot of time on my feet. But honestly I think I could go back in two weeks too.

lol..not sure if it is strength and/or the fact that 1) I was under a huge deadline as well as 2) It helped me to stop thinking "when will this gas pain go away" after all other measures to rid myself of gas had been exhausted
