heart burn after eating

I have noticed that I am getting mild heartburn after eating meals...especially dinner.

Anyone else experienced this? I am not taking any medication for this.

Worried that it will get worse. Any suggestions?

Sounds like Acid Reflux. Are you lying down after you eat by chance? Try some tums and watch what you eat/what causes it and try to restrict those foods.

I'm surprised they don't have you on something. A lot of us are prescribed PPI's or something similar for the first few months post-surgery. You might want to ask if the heartburn keeps up and Tums (or something similar) doesn't do the trick for you.
