throughout this process ive taken MOM once a week and the next day is when i've seen the weight go down and it's stayed down. this time, no bueno. all is woe. burn the scales!

my weight loss has been constant a few days short of 2 months following surgery i have lost 53 pounds.. down to 294 now...
