My surgeon's office says not to look at calories just Protein and fluids.
I use Premier Protein shakes 2 a day.30 gram of protein in each shake and 160 calories.

I don't even bother with milk I'm fine with 25-27g Protein per drink and use Water always have. Calories are still important also.
