My nutritionist has been kind of vague, so I was wondering when you guys could eat the following: 1. quinoa 2. lentils 3. chickpeas 4. lentil- or chickpea-based Pasta (like Banza) Thanks! catwoman7 11,220 Posted August 1, 2019 I ate hummus pretty frequently during the pureed staged (which is mostly pureed chickpeas), but I waited on the others.
