mousecat88 2,281 Posted August 1, 2019 Can anyone recommend challenging yoga DVDs? Like good vinyasa flows or power yoga? I bought one a while back but it is waaayyy too easy and just simple stretching. I'm looking to sweat and work. Diana_in_Philly 1,426 Posted August 1, 2019 Try a service like Daily Burn. It's around $10 a month and you get new workouts, literally, daily at all levels. They give you a one week trial for free. Until I joined a gym, I used it for Pilates. 2 FluffyChix and mousecat88 reacted to this
Wickedwinner 140 Posted August 1, 2019 Do you have an Amazon Prime membership and a smart TV? There are lots of free yoga programs. I don’t know how hard they are. I’m a novice. Pteri 1 Posted August 15, 2019 On youtube you can find one called Yogalates with Rashmi. I've been doing her five week strengthening series. Each work out is only 20 minutes but its a good bit of exercise. You can double them up if you need more. She has others as well.
