GreenTealael 25,439 Posted July 30, 2019 Almost everyone has been there and there are a ton of new threads created daily about stalls. Your body will adjust and start losing again No worries💜 1 catwoman7 reacted to this

catwoman7 11,221 Posted July 30, 2019 Greentealael is correct. Most of us have our first stall within the first month after surgery. Just stick to your plan and the stall will break... 1 Here4apurpose reacted to this
Mom_of_Chaos 545 Posted July 30, 2019 Just broke a 4 day stall my self! It’s irritating but it starts moving again! 1 Here4apurpose reacted to this
Krestel 330 Posted July 31, 2019 Even though Im a bit further out from my surgery (2 months), Im having my first stall as well. Even though we know it's going to happen, it never feels good. I think it's somewhat like the time right after surgery, it sucks but it will pass. At least I hope it will. Let's keep fighting! 1 Here4apurpose reacted to this

New&Improved 1,780 Posted July 31, 2019 Seen this 100x before. It is quite common to go through stalls
Sheribear68 3,201 Posted July 31, 2019 Always keep track of measurements during stalls. It will keep you from losing your mind 1 Here4apurpose reacted to this
