At a standstill for 2 months[emoji24][emoji24]

Talk to your team. It happened to me at about 5/6 months out. Dr told me to up my calories to 1200. I was averaging 800-1000. After that I tried to hit at least 1000 every day and started yoga. Lost 2 pounds a week later and am still averaging 2 a week.

Last week I tried intermittent fasting and lost 5 pounds! You may want to look into that too. I’m just not sure it’s sustainable for me.
