allwet 868 Posted July 28, 2019 22 pounds yes 22 pounds of fat, no Water weighs around 8 pounds a gallon and is the first thing you lose we carry so much water weight but as you eat less you hold onto less water. good luck going forward just as a side not i looked up my first 30 day weight loss, 42 freakin pounds from 8-1 to 9-1 post surgery 9 pounds the next month. stay positive when it slows down dont let that scale mess with your head 1 Avery's Mom reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
