toya3young 4 Posted July 26, 2019 I am not happy at all i want to be in the 100s. My diet really struggling right now. I did alot of snacking on unhealthy things.. Sugar and flour made things. LOL. For life it's 1cup of volume. For life it's 60-80g Protein, and beyond that, you have to adjust macros to what allows you to lose consistently and then maintain. We're all different.
