ZGal 84 Posted July 25, 2019 Anyone have any luck with reducing pain (I’ve used Tylenol) that’s not an NSAID? I’ve been experiencing hip pain; this is most apparent when using my rowing machine and when I was heavier, but now it bothers me while simply walking. I’m going to my dr next week, but I would love to hear if anyone has any success with anything else until I go to the dr. thank you in advance!
gabybab 696 Posted July 25, 2019 I had severe hip pain and had steroid shots, it helped tremendously. Maybe try alternating ice and a heating pad. Not sure otherwise. 1 ZGal reacted to this
toodlerue 452 Posted July 26, 2019 Ice! You can freeze Water in a Dixie cup & then use the big ice cube to massage your hip. I have also used a “muscle roller stick” on my hip when it felt like a very, very tight muscle in my hip. A foam roller can also help. 1 ZGal reacted to this
Im_a_Loser 10 Posted July 27, 2019 Honestly ... it’s suffer with chronic pain and 8 use CBD and medicinal marijuana in vape form.. I personally think it’s better then the tramadol, codeine and oxy I used to take two years ago and stopped because it was messing me up. Speak to your gp but mine was supportive of it just not to smoke weed due to munchies and of course that wouldn’t be good after gastric surgery lol 1 Lynda486 reacted to this
