WLS Packages in Mexico?? Pricing information??

Hi! I’m scheduling my VSG with Dr. Q at Pompeii Mexical Center in Mexico! My question though, is, has anyone ever scheduled a surgery with them but not used all that they offer? For 1. We’re just driving into Mexico on our own so we won’t need the shuttling services they promote and 2. We already have a home in Mexico to stay in so we won’t be needing their hotel offer either. Does anyone know if they lower the cost when you don’t need all of the extra stuff?
