Butterfly#7 65 Posted July 19, 2019 So before my gastric sleeve I loved pizza! I’m starting to crave it again. My Nutritionist said that I can try pizza with cauliflower pizza crust; however, it has to be 100% cauliflower no flour! Honestly to get that I think I would have to learn how to make it myself. Pizza chains like Pie5 that offer cauliflower crust it does have flour in it. As well as the frozen pizzas like the “O” pizzas. Has anyone found a 100% cauliflower crust.? What about gluten free crust is that carb free?

It seems simple enough. no problem...one tip though: Either drain the cauliflower reeeeeaaaaally well before baking, OR drain as well as you can stand and lower the temp a little and lengthen the time in the oven (I've done both techniques: the well drained is crispier, the lower temp/lower bake is chewier...I like the latter method, because I'm lazy. lol) Oh, and they freeze pretty well. So its all good. 😎 Edited July 20, 2019 by ms.sss
MIZ60 1,291 Posted July 20, 2019 After several attempts at making the crust myself, I bought some of these which are fantastic. Crisp up really nicely on my baking stone. You can look at their website to find a store near you or you can order from their website. They also make smaller sandwich thins one that I also like. Clean ingredients and no flour, minimal carbs if that matters to you. 1 DrButterfly reacted to this
