Funny how cold you get after weight loss. The sweater looks great. Can’t see the shoes. Are they boots?

I know. I’m always cold. Yes boots. My favorite pair of brown booties. They are perfect for the rain.

I’m enjoying how the ladies pull fall looks together. I am stealing some of your ideas.

Went through my capsule wardrobe. I’ve had this sweater/duster for three years. Is it time for it to go? or is it a keeper?

I love the duster. Definitely something I would wear.

Good gosh, everyone looks ah-may-zing!!! Congrats on the great work and darling outfits! It's official. I wanna be @Cheeseburgh or @ms.sss or @Healthy_life2 when I grow up. :D

I'm so impressed by all of our shrinky dinkers (oh you know who you are) and am LOVIN' seeing your transformation outfit by outfit. I can literally see y'all shrinking in front of my eyes! Cudos!!! Crunches and bridges, and planks--Oh MY!!!

Welcome to our new token dude! Cuz every girl's crazy 'bout a sharp dressed man! Congrats to you on your work and sartorial style.

This thread is showcasing how quickly you go through sizes. Seeing the weight loss in photos is shocking at times. *laughing* you are all doing fantastic.

Keep posting fashion finds

I like the duster a lot. It’s something I’d trip over, though.

Today is orange a black day. I knew the t-shirt was too big, but I didn’t realize how too big it it!

I think the duster is cute @Healthy_life2

I’m headed out to my hospitals monthly support group. I’m forcing fall today, it’s a bit warm but I’m ignoring that.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
