Because day 2 billion in a row waking up at 5am for work warranted a cute outfit.

I sure hope you get a break soon. I absolutely love that dress. I’m inspired to find something similar. You look great.

Mornings are starting to get cold...the fall clothes are coming out of my closet...and so are the boots!!!

I really like those boots on you. I have a fear of high boots on myself.

Thanks, I'm becoming a boot addict. Also, no need to fear...you have a great bod and can totally pull anything off, including high boots.

Love that dress

Jeez, I wonder what my BMI will need to get to before I lose my chubby legs.
I feel as if they are humongous compared to the rest of me

I’m beginning to think I’ll need to lose another 35 pounds (20 pounds UNDER stretch goal weight before I won’t hate mine

Ugh that’s such a depressing thought.
And honestly part of the reason I got metabolic syndrome to start with.
As a young teen I started HATING on my legs and tried to diet my way into better ones.
😭😭😭😭😭

Anyway, there is an OOTD with pants.
Much better look for me

Sheribear68, the inches you have lost since you started posting on this OOTD thread has been quite dramatic!![emoji54][emoji54][emoji54][emoji122][emoji122][emoji122][emoji122] Wow!!!! You are a "thin" person that it's hard to reconcile the "before" pics!!!
It's an aside but I had to comment!! Your arms, your "slenderness" etc is a thing of beauty. Looking from the outside, I'm hardpresssed to see where another 30lbs weight loss is going to come from (definitely looking from the outside!!!......no issue whatsoever with your personal goal for yourself![emoji106][emoji106][emoji112][emoji112]). You have just lost so many inches and You look absolutely fantastic [emoji108][emoji108][emoji108]
Keep up the great work!!

PS: For all other posters, I've been "loving" all your OOTD!!! You guys continue to inspire and motivate! You all look so so so fabulous and your joy of accomplishments radiates! Please keep posting [emoji106][emoji106][emoji176][emoji176][emoji176][emoji176][emoji176][emoji176][emoji176][emoji7]

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
