We are In the midst of figuring out our operations and whatnot (I work for a uni). So I decided to go 70s funk. No good reason, it just made me smile. And I LOVE these jeans. They are everlane cheeky jeans. High rise, and only a bit of gap along the waist band. I want another pair.

It’s been 75 to 80 degrees F here in the desert Southwest for about a week now. I have had the windows open and have done some Spring cleaning. No doubt about it, we are spoiled. But I promise you can make fun of us when we are being baked at plus 115 degrees come summer.

Or dealing with category 5 hurricanes of late!

Started work again a couple of weeks ago helping out a former employer who had lost some staff recently so I’m way behind in checking out how fabulous everyone is looking. I swear it’s taken more than an hour to try to catch up.

Just a couple of pxts of work clothes - when I wasn’t rushing out. The short silk caftan top is from my archives - about 14yrs old. The dress was one I bought in Melbourne -1992 Comme de Garçon. It’s a little big on me cause I’ve lost those few extra kgs. The jeans I got today. Great dark navy & you know I love a wide leg pant. Plus the shoes I couldn’t leave behind - the heel changes colour (pink to gold) depending how light hits it. Designed to look like the aurora borealis. They won’t be very sensible when I go to the Bunya Mtns next weekend though. 😜7753092F-1DB8-4C52-BD03-649EF878C46B.thumb.jpeg.4c45e8f6fad3108c62dd210b75b03ee5.jpeg

Today was pretty long and stressful, after a couple long and stressful days. So I went with comfy. I’m loving these ballet flats, and they totally give off a 1950s vibe. I’ll be WFH next week. So jeans and sweater pics coming up!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
