Everyone looks so fab!!!

@Sheribear68 You are absolutely shrinking in front of us! Congrats on 10s!!!

Thanks! 💕💕
I’ve got IF to thank for much of my success lately. When my surgeon told me at my 6 month visit that I’d lost over 75% excess fat and that I could maybe expect to lose 4-5 pounds a month for about 4-6 months, my answer was “CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!” 😂😂

Okay so tomorrow I’ll post a pic of a dress I picked up for the opening of an art exhibit (complete with featured artist) when we go to my MIL house.
Jeez, I had to go buy a padded bra just so I’ll be able to keep the top part from falling off.

On a positive note, the bra is a 36b.
Never in my life did I think I’d be “36” anything.

Woo hoo!
I’ve had this shirt for over 6 years and this is the first time I’ll get to wear it on game day!

Thanks for the compliment, didn't realise I had a great cleavage!
Very jealous of those that can wear boots, I can't wear mine anymore my legs are TOO skinny! I look like a little girl who's raided her Mum's wardrobe. It's a bit of a problem as it's cold wear I live and not sure now what to wear with dresses or skirts in winter.
I have just discovered another problem. I'm a bit of a hoarder and though I do give lots of clothes away to Op shops I can't bring myself to give the good stuff away! I was sorting my spare bedroom wardrobe today and realised that I now have evening and cocktail wear from the last 30 years, most of which fits ( some is too big) and nowhere to wear it. I don't work, rarely go to fancy events and I live in a small country town. Evening gown and wellington boots to do grocery shopping could look a bit strange!

Thanks for that!
Honestly I think I’d be “okay” with just another 10 pounds to get me solidly in the 150’s.
Last time I weighed I was 163.4, which was last weekend.
One more day and I’ll have worked >90 hrs in 9 days and I’ll have a day off!
Waiting for Friday am to get on the scale as my poor feet and legs are puffy from all the standing. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised to be 2-3 pounds up and that’s just something I don’t want to see after I’ve worked my butt off so I might even give the weigh-in a solid miss until a week or more from today.

Tomorrow after work I’m on the hunt for a bra that’s gonna give me some boobs.
Hubs and I are going to Bartlesville to visit my MIL and go to an art exhibit and throw a football party at her house.
I’ve got a cute cute dress for the art exhibit, but the top is pretty large.
Lol, I don’t even want the fake boobs for vanity— I think I’m going to need them just so the top part of the dress stays on!

I skip weighing myself when I think it's going to be an upper. No need to be blasted with something I already know, only to make me feel worse.

Happy Friday everyone. Here’s an old dress I haven’t fit into in a couple of years. It was right when I wore it last, now it’s loose. I hope you all have a great day.

Update: I weighed myself this morning and I’m down from 163.8 to 162.2
Considering my life these last 9 days, I’m still smiling and happy over that number.
Also, had a killer Pilates class early this morning and drinking a Protein Shake while we’re on the road as to minimize the damage I’m going to do tonite.

Thanks! I’m truly beginning to hope that once I hit my stretch GW of 144, my legs will actually look better.
I’m 18 pounds away....

@Sheribear68

As someone else said, you are absolutely shrinking before our eyes!

I think your "chubby leg" perception come from your pants not being fitted though your calf & ankle. Because you legs look amazing in that dress. (Oh, and I wear a molded and stuffed bra all. the. time., my bf calls in false advertising 😂)

(Just got a text from my mom, she's apparently at the OU game! She hasn't been to a college game in decades, so strange coincidence 😲 )

@KaysMommy

Great shirt dress! :)

I consider shirt dresses as skinny 2.0 clothes. When I first got to 8-10 sizes I wore everything fitted. I need to see myself "thin". But as I dropped more weight and being skinny felt more normal, I branched out to looser fitting clothes, including shirt dresses.

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
