Abbigirl 3 Posted July 12, 2019 First of all people "assume" that the sleeve (Gastric By Pass) is the "EASY WAY OUT". I'm here to tell you it is the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life. The only issue I have is eating enough or getting a variety of things to eat. Can anyone help out with that. I tend to stick to the chicken, beef, cheese, Premier Protein shakes and bars, etc. I am having difficulty finding recipes where I can get a variety in 4 oz portions. Also does anyone else have problems with Constipation and if so, ideas. I do Fiber and get as much liquid in me as I possible can in a day. 3 Orchids&Dragons, FluffyChix and Frustr8 reacted to this
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted July 12, 2019 (edited) I love the recipes at skinnytaste.com. Most of them can be halved and lots of them are freezer-friendly. All the recipes have the nutritional info at the bottom. I plan to make Mexican Shrimp Diablo for dinner tonight. Colace is what I use and I haven't had too many problems since. Use the generic it is much cheaper.
