renjenn 41 Posted July 23, 2019 The amount you eat at one time seems to depend on what it is you are eating. Slider foods like applesauce and Jello or other soft moist foods will go in better than dense Proteins. I can only eat 2 ounces of tuna but I could probably eat 4 oz. pudding and a cup of vegetables at one sitting. (I try not to) 2 FluffyChix and sillykitty reacted to this

Tracyringo 503 Posted July 24, 2019 I will be 2 years out in 2 weeks and I still have the same restriction I had a year ago. I just had 1 scrambled egg and 2 slices of bacon and I am stuffed. 2 FluffyChix and JessLess reacted to this

I can't eat over an ounce at one sitting but I just hit puréed foods. I hope to get more than a couple bites in when the food just starts tasting good. this is my 7th week and i can't really eat any more than i did a month ago...which is not much... FluffyChix 17,415 Posted July 26, 2019 I literally watch this YouTube from Dr. Weiner every month. I want it to be a constant reminder of the myth of "restriction and malabsorption" or as I say, "everything in moderation" and instead focus on developing ongoing relationships and desire for deeply nutritious foods! 2 2 Healthy_life2, Tracyringo, Mountain Gal and 1 other reacted to this
Jwell1024 1 Posted July 27, 2019 I’m 2 1/2 post surgery and until recently I did nothing but sit back and let the weight fall off I’m a self described very lazy person who’s entire life because of my parents profession has been in medicine...I myself know and/or knew better so how did I end up so over weight????!!! But I did and post sleeve I still can’t eat as much as I’d like (think goodness) so why have I actually gain 10lbs in 3mos by “grazing” at first I was never hungry but I just kept pushing my limits and now I’m gaining. Can I reverse this?!? 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

Can I reverse this?!? 2 1/2 years? Yes you can reverse it. You have described yourself as lazy. You wont be able to reverse it unless you are ready to work it. Stop grazing and pushing limits and get back on track or you could end up where you started. Good luck. 3 #BirdDog, Healthy_life2 and FluffyChix reacted to this
chattycat 91 Posted July 27, 2019 I feel the same, I feel I can eat more and don’t get that really full feeling, but watched a video where Dr Vuong says, don’t chase the restriction ! So I just try to follow my portion guidelines and never get stuffed but am satisfied. 2 Tracyringo and FluffyChix reacted to this
