Ellf 205 Posted July 11, 2019 So, here's how my weight loss has been the past few weeks. During the week, I fluctuate up or down a pound, but when the weekend comes, the weight just drops off. I personally have to wonder if it's because I get more sleep on the weekend than during the week, or if there's some other reason. Anyone else notice this sort of pattern? ms.sss 15,718 Posted July 11, 2019 I do/did notice that when I got less sleep, the weight came off much slower (or not at all). Also, do you track your food intake? Are more active during weekend vs. week? It could very well be due to your eating/exercising patterns. Or even the types of food you eat. I was the opposite of you...I would lose larger amounts of weight during the week than the weekends, and I think it was because I ate better (consistently) and exercised during the week vs. the weekend. Ellf 205 Posted July 11, 2019 I eat more or less the same during the week as I do on the weekends. I just get less sleep during the week. (Roughly 6 hours a night on weeknights vs 8-10 on the weekend)
lzucks 232 Posted July 12, 2019 That was exactly my pattern. Weight loss almost always happened on the weekend. I have no idea why but it became predictable.
