AZhiker 2,253 Posted July 11, 2019 Just cook it and put it in the blender. Worked for my babies! 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
catwoman7 11,221 Posted July 11, 2019 I agree - just throw whatever you're planning to eat a blender and puree it. I did that with omelets and some sort of spinach/feta cheese dish, as I recall. And some other things, too. We were given the option to have real baby food instead (well, by "real" I mean the stuff that comes in jars), but just the thought of eating that turned my stomach! 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
altamah 0 Posted July 20, 2019 anyone have any home made babyfood recipes my doctor said after surgery I can have baby food and I would rather have homemade than store boughtSent from my LG-M430 using BariatricPal mobile appWhen I made my daughters I found carrots, sweet potatoes, and yams all cooked in one pot and then blended tasted like pure butter. I'm 4 days post op so wont be enjoying it for a bit longer. We also frozen them in ice trays and put in baggie in the freezer. I believe 1 cube is 1oz.
