Tracyringo 503 Posted July 11, 2019 I was going to have the by pass and the day I scheduled the surgery I changed it to the sleeve and I am so glad I did !! My surgeon told me I could lose the same amount of weight and I have lost 145 lbs !! He also said that by doing the sleeve I had somewhere else to go from there if for some reason it didn't work, but either surgery is just a tool and you still have to do the work.
