I remember when i could finally sleep on my side it was the greatest. Not only for comfort but it was a dead sleep. I mean i didnt even toss or turn. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT!!!!!

Hell id trade losin a few pounds to have that back lol.

Where can i get a script for anesthesia for like once a month lol.

I would think the more weight you lose the better sleep you'll eventually get as sleep apnea symptoms tend to disappear as you return to a normal weight. Have you tried some OTC sleep aids like melatonin or antihistamines?

As I lost weight, the fat that normally cushioned my knee joints disappeared. So at night when I slept on my side, it felt like I was rubbing my bones together at my knee joints. I found that by placing a pillow between my knees during the night, it felt good, so that is how I sleep.

Yeah James, you are correct for I do the exact same thing, and I'm more than happy to surrender one of my bed pillows for such placement!
