stilljustafatguy 13 Posted July 4, 2019 I remember when i could finally sleep on my side it was the greatest. Not only for comfort but it was a dead sleep. I mean i didnt even toss or turn. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT!!!!! Hell id trade losin a few pounds to have that back lol. Where can i get a script for anesthesia for like once a month lol. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
KCgirl061 1,532 Posted July 4, 2019 I would think the more weight you lose the better sleep you'll eventually get as sleep apnea symptoms tend to disappear as you return to a normal weight. James Marusek 5,244 Posted July 4, 2019 As I lost weight, the fat that normally cushioned my knee joints disappeared. So at night when I slept on my side, it felt like I was rubbing my bones together at my knee joints.
