Spitting image 2 Posted July 1, 2019 I’m in month four post op. I ve lost 30 kgs. So over 60lbs. Eating has become a chore. I hate it. I have the worst hunger pangs that feel like my stomach is ingesting itself. But eating then makes me feel vile after two mouth fuls. My other issue is I ve now seemed to have stalled and I’m petrified! been a week since I lost anything and I feel like all this has been for nothing. I ve fallen out of love with eating which some may say is a good thing. But is this a blip? 1 CrystalV reacted to this
Jazzy1125 1,010 Posted July 1, 2019 you will constantly feel like eating is a chore. I am just about 8 months out and am still constantly tired of eating.. not necessarily tired of eating, but of the hiccups, and runny noses.. LOL.. I have learned to eat slow and not get to the full feeling.. However last night for the first time i trapped air from a Protein shake.. worst feeling ever! samusaurusrex 35 Posted July 2, 2019 I'm in month 4 also, I constantly feel hungry, I don't get it. I am trying to eat every 2-3 hours and practicing intermittent fasting, hoping it helps. I thought I wouldn't be hungry, at least not near as much or all the time! All we can do is keep doing our best.
