DrBrianG 47 Posted July 1, 2019 (Ten Days out)To vary the routine, I am switching between Vitamin Water, Gatorade zero, cold water and this Protein water: It has 15 grams of protein and tastes better than Premier Protein water. I get it at Sams club. I still cannot finish a bottle in a day, so I mix Protein Powder with cream of wheat and drink the protein soups.(I mean Sip) any other tips?
