(Ten Days out)To vary the routine, I am switching between Vitamin Water, Gatorade zero, cold water and this Protein water: It has 15 grams of protein and tastes better than Premier Protein water. I get it at Sams club.
I still cannot finish a bottle in a day, so I mix Protein Powder with cream of wheat and drink the protein soups.(I mean Sip) any other tips?

At this point in time, all you can do is your best. It took a long time to get water and protein in. Some times I still don't get all my protein in and I'm 6 months out.

Yeah at that point I was struggling getting all the Protein and fluids in. Adding protein to virtually everything. Just do your best, you'll get there!
