Since Blue Cross of CA PPO is coving my surgery on Dec 3rd... I'm guessing my first fill is in Jan. My insurance is changing to UHC PPO. So my question is... UHC PPO will cover fill cost or i gotta pay full cost??

Not sure if I am PPO but because my surgeon is out of Network I have to pay $200 a fill and unfill.
