AND I am excited for YOU ALL as you start on your Post Surgery journey. You may have rough starts but things quickly realign, a little less discomfort daily, a little more energy returning, for Major Surgery is just that, MAJOR , and for a while you feel the world🌎 wobbling on its axis but things smooth out, get better and better. And you will feel proud of YOU, for you met the challenge and prevailed. And no matter if you have scars, bruises and dings to your chassis, you are a Strong Survivor! So raise your clenched fist✊ high, you have the true power within! @Frustr8 - you always say such nice, encouraging things. You are one of my favorite ppl on here!! 1 justmetj reacted to this

SLCxn 23 Posted July 1, 2019 (edited) I am a couple days away from 4 months post op. Best thing I have ever done for myself. The changes physically, mentally and in my health in 4 short months is nothing short of amazing. I wish you all the best and a quick healing. There will be some tough spots but keep looking ahead. It will all pass. Keep us posted! Edited July 1, 2019 by SLCxn 1 KarenLR75 reacted to this

Feeling pretty positive, and I've been listening to the audio book of Brene Brown's "Daring Greatly", but I'm definitely getting some pre-surgery jitters too! Great book! A new door opening and a new life on the other side! Best wishes!
