Gummiebear 0 Posted November 20, 2007 I had an upper GI to see if my pouch was the right size AND an gal bladder ultrasound because the doctors have suspected a Gal Bladder issue and its been quite some time and I have left them messages and they are not calling me back to tell me if everything is fine or not. I have had a fever for over a week now IDK whats up with these people but shouldnt they be returning my calls to lemme know whats up. Especially with my Gal bladder because I have had such symptoms. Any advice how I can find out whats up? Or should I not worry about it because no news is good news? The big thing is I have had a temp for so long maybe I should go to a regular doctor and they can get them to talk.
jlobyxmas 0 Posted November 20, 2007 Your bariatric surgeon's office isn't calling you back? If that is the case then you can go to your primary care physcian and they can call and get the results of the UGI and US. Having a fever for a week is not something that you want to play with. Even if it isn't your gallbladder, your primary can at least diagnose what it is. Good luck hope your feeling better soon.
Marimaru 7 Posted November 20, 2007 I would definitely get the fever checked out. You don't want to assume it's your GB and find out that that's fine and still don't know what's causing it.
