Day 8, quick morning update

Hi Team! Well, I went for a ride to a pharmacy on a nice smooth road. Stayed in the car. Came back. 15 minutes each way. Needed a nap. I am sipping Soup broth, Protein Water, water, ever 5 minutes while I am awake. Now, with all the July 4th food commercials, fast food delivery, fried chicken commercials, I HAVE NO CRAVINGS, very happy. I am thrilled that I work for a living! Day time TV is terrible. I can't yet concentrate on a book for a few minutes yet. I have a small puppy, so I have company every time I get up to move around. I will post later today, keep moving everybody!
