sandygs 18 Posted June 25, 2019 (edited) Hi Everyone, I am about 9 weeks to my one year surgery date and 30 pound left to meet my goal. I lose very slowly, I guess because I am 62 years old and dont have a lot of energy to hit the gym all the time.
