Lamermaid 65 Posted August 19, 2019 Thank you. I hope your testing goes ok and you don't have any deficiencies! You should definitely be taking your Vitamins though.Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile appThank youSent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
april042019 105 Posted August 25, 2019 I had my bloodwork done a few weeks ago and I am deficient in Vitamin A as well. (I'm almost 5 months post op) My doctor said I should take 10,000 UI of vitamin A once a week. No prescription. I just bought it from the pharmacy. I've been taking all my Multivitamins and Calcium consistently but I have been very low on Protein.
Frustr8 7,886 Posted September 19, 2019 Me Me Me BrisWife, I have to take a 10,000 unit liquigel once daily and look for a prenatal or bariatric multi that contains at least 4,000 units in it. Asked on one of the other threads, waiting to see if anyone answered. And FYI they didn't cancel either my Carafate, Zofran, Iron and Vitamin D. So I'm still bumbling along Great Shape for the Shape I'm In, aren't I ?👈😣👉
