PatchofHeaven 0 Posted June 19, 2019 Hi y'all I'm new to the forum. I was sleeved on May 20th so I am in my Soft Foods stage now. My company is having a party at a Mexican Restaurant later this week. What can I eat? I was thinking refried Beans and maybe some cheese? I don't they will be low-fat refried beans. What else can I eat? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Colorado Cowgirl 170 Posted June 19, 2019 I've eaten Taco Bell reftied Beans since week three. It's such a small amount that I don't think lowfat matters much. The beans are the Protein. Enjoy. Jobber 321 Posted June 19, 2019 During soft phase I was addicted to refried Beans with salsa on top. No need for cheese, I think.
