Best quality and value Medical Tourism companies?

I'm looking for input on the best Medical Tourism companies to help facilitate my gastric sleeve surgery. I've never done this before, and the company I originally thought to use has thrown up some red flags for me.

I talked to one agency, and that was enough of that! I didn't like the idea that they only represent "some" of the facilities. If you go online, and do a search, you will find a better variety. Personally, I would Call Mr. Yanez (above) at Bariatric Pal Hospital. That is where I will be having my surgery on 10/1!
