Hello,

I'm a newbie here. This is something I have been thinking about for a while and recently started doing serious research. I went to the seminar and they just scheduled my first two appointments. History/Physical and a three hour nutrition seminar. I'm excited to get started on this new journey. Any helpful hints would be awesome. I've seen so many great stories on here. I'm really glad I found this forum.
