Full liquids!

I start on full liquids tomorrow and as excited as I am, I’m pretty nervous also.. any tips or advice about full liquids stage?

I couldn't do shakes, so my second week consisted of high Protein milk and yogurt. I used fairlife and YQ.

I've seen a lot of people can't stomach it after surgery, so keep these in mind if you have problems.

I'm not sure that those milks have enough Protein? Are you vegan?

Most people handle Protein Shakes just fine. Give a few a shot before you rule them out!

Have plenty of variety of liquids to choose from I had Gatorade Zero, unsweet iced tea, Diet Peach Snapple Tea, and sugar-free popsicles in addition to premade GNC Lean shakes (chocolate)

@Gabybab no I’m not vegan! Just thought of using those to mix my Protein with to not risk milk upsetting my stomach

And, although unlikely, you could turn out intolerant to either of these. Start with cheap, before you opt for the more expensive milks, okay?
