Jessviera 17 Posted June 12, 2019 (edited) Are these okay for the full liquid diet, if melted and with no chunks/pieces? Or puréed? Nevermind, found old post on the subject! GradyCat 3,695 Posted June 13, 2019 Why on earth would you want to eat ice cream on a diet? Bad idea. 1 1 FluffyChix and GreenTealael reacted to this

Jessviera 17 Posted June 13, 2019 I actually don’t like halo top or any of those ice creams. I’m just feeling limited on high Protein low cal options at the moment. Just another option i can have i guess? 1 1 FluffyChix and GreenTealael reacted to this
Hop_Scotch 1,632 Posted June 13, 2019 What high Proteins full liquid options are you using currently? Some may have some other options if they know what you are already having. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
GreenTealael 25,436 Posted June 13, 2019 I like Halo top (as a low cal - high Protein ice cream replacement) but waited until I was pretty far out from surgery to try and only occasionally. Use those early days wisely. Consider sugar free popsicles instead. These are usually on our plans. You can also blend Protein Shakes and frozen Protein Shake cubes to get to a mlikshake / slushies consistency if you need something of that texture Good luck 2 Jessviera and FluffyChix reacted to this
