Well I think Im out of this challenge, I am at 194 with 5 pounds to go, but my doctor higly suggested taking all of my precious Fluid out do to the reflux and complaications I was having, from a streched pouch..as Im lieing there crying,, he tell me not to get discouraged if i GAIN weight over the next 3 weeks.. Its my goal to stay in onderland, but he said 10 pounds is normal.. so for now a minor set back.. good news though He tells me after all things have gone back and I get a new fill that it should be easier for me to lose weight dut to a normal smaller pouch 4oz insted of the streched one I Have now,, so I am excited and hopefull!!
