GradyCat 3,695 Posted June 10, 2019 You've got to get rid of that head hunger. The surgery is a tool to help with your real stomach hunger, but the head hunger is up to us to manage. Have you considered therapy or group counseling at your bariatric office? 4 2 FluffyChix, med28thmed, sillykitty and 3 others reacted to this

KCgirl061 1,532 Posted June 10, 2019 Keep your hands busy: Paint your nails, get a coloring book, learn to knit, put together a puzzle, reorganize a closet. Drink drink drink. Get rid of the snack food. Throw it out, you don't need it. 4 sillykitty, gabybab, FluffyChix and 1 other reacted to this
nenes78 528 Posted June 11, 2019 Walking is what I do. When head hunger strikes, I walk for 20-30 minutes. If its still there after, i will have a healthy snack. Most of the times it has left. 3 gabybab, alex76 and sillykitty reacted to this
